Craft.do
Craft.do is a document and wiki tool for teams. You create docs, add cards and blocks, link between docs, and collaborate in real time. It’s built for clarity and connection: linked docs, clean layout, and a single workspace for knowledge. This guide covers what matters for product and strategy teams: structure, linking, and when Craft fits your workflow.

Why craft.do fits product and strategy work
Core concepts that matter
Documents and spaces
Documents are your main unit. Create them in spaces (e.g. “Product,” “Strategy”) so related docs live together. Use one space per team or theme; use docs for PRDs, specs, and retrospectives. Name docs clearly so links and search make sense.
Cards and the slash menu
Cards are building blocks: text, lists, to-dos, images, code, embeds. Use the slash menu (“/”) to insert a card type quickly. Stack and nest cards for structure: e.g. summary at top, “Overview” card, then “Details” card with sub-cards. Keeps docs scannable and easy to update.
Linking and backlinks
Links go to other docs or to blocks within a doc. Use “Link to doc” or “@doc” to reference PRDs, specs, or meetings. Backlinks (where available) show which docs point to the current one. Use linking to create a knowledge graph; use backlinks to see impact when you change or retire a doc.
Collaboration and sharing
Share a doc or space with people or links. Comments attach to a spot in the doc for feedback and decisions. Use sharing for stakeholders and async review; use comments for “discuss here” and “resolved” so context stays in the doc.
