Can users submit feedback anonymously?
Yes, Klero supports both guest and anonymous feedback submission. Users can submit ideas without creating an account, which removes barriers to feedback collection and encourages more honest input from your user base. Guest posting and voting is available on Explorer plan and above.
How does the AI-powered changelog work?
Our AI rewrite assistant (available on Explorer plan and above) automatically writes changelog posts, generates titles and tags, and can schedule publishing. It pulls in closed feedback to create comprehensive updates and sends smart email notifications to users who voted on shipped features, keeping them engaged and informed about product progress.
Can I create private feedback boards?
Yes, Explorer plan users and above can create private boards for sensitive customer feedback. This is perfect for internal teams, beta testing, or confidential feature discussions that shouldn't be public. The free plan only includes public boards.
How does the roadmap auto-update feature work?
When you change the status of feedback (from 'Under Review' to 'In Progress' to 'Shipped'), your public roadmap automatically reflects these changes. Users can see real-time progress on features they've requested, and they'll receive email notifications when feedback moves between statuses, reducing support tickets asking 'when will this ship?'
What is your refund policy?
For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription. For annual subscriptions, you're eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days, or a prorated refund based on unused months if you cancel after 14 days. If you have used AI credits during your subscription period, you may still be eligible for a partial refund - the refund amount will be calculated based on unused months, minus the value of AI credits used and any applicable processing fees. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, reason for refund, and transaction details. We'll review and respond within 5-7 business days.
What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include email support. Free plan users get standard email support, while paid plan users receive priority support. Growth plan users get a dedicated support manager. All plans include comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and our AI-powered help system. We typically respond to support requests within 24 hours.
