How does the roadmap auto-update feature work?
When you change the status of feedback (from 'Under Review' to 'In Progress' to 'Shipped'), your public roadmap automatically reflects these changes. Users can see real-time progress on features they've requested, and they'll receive email notifications when feedback moves between statuses, reducing support tickets asking 'when will this ship?'
What is your refund policy?
For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription. For annual subscriptions, you're eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days, or a prorated refund based on unused months if you cancel after 14 days. If you have used AI credits during your subscription period, you may still be eligible for a partial refund - the refund amount will be calculated based on unused months, minus the value of AI credits used and any applicable processing fees. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, reason for refund, and transaction details. We'll review and respond within 5-7 business days.

All plans include email support. Free plan users get standard email support, while paid plan users receive priority support. Growth plan users get a dedicated support manager.
