For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription. If you have used AI credits during your subscription period, you may still be eligible for a partial refund - the refund amount will be calculated based on unused months, minus the value of AI credits used and any applicable processing fees.
