How quickly can I start collecting feedback?

The free plan includes 1 feedback board with unlimited posts and comments, unlimited end users, 1 public roadmap, unlimited changelog posts (up to 250 email subscribers), 1 team member, and email support. It's perfect for trying Klero and small teams just getting started with feedback collection.

What are the pricing plans and what do they include?

We offer four plans: Free ($0), Explorer ($29/month or $24/year), Builder ($79/month or $64/year), and Growth ($149/month or $119/year). Explorer includes 4 feedback boards, 2 roadmaps, and basic integrations. Builder adds more boards, advanced features, and premium integrations. Growth includes unlimited boards, custom fields, AI deduplication, and dedicated support. All paid plans include AI analyzer credits (1k/month for Explorer, 5k/month for Builder, custom for Growth).

Klero's AI automatically categorizes feedback by feature area, analyzes themes and patterns across all feedback, prioritizes items by impact and effort, detects duplicate submissions to consolidate votes, and helps with roadmap planning. It also writes changelog entries automatically and provides actionable insights to help you understand which features will have the highest user adoption.

Can I integrate Klero with my existing tools?

Yes! Explorer plan includes Discord and Slack integrations. Builder plan adds Zapier, Linear, GitHub, and Notion. Growth plan includes Jira and Shopify. These integrations allow you to sync issues, get notifications, create tasks, and maintain your existing workflow without switching between apps.

What is Klero AI Assist and how does it work?

Klero AI Assist helps you analyze feedback themes, prioritize work, and stay in a continuous feedback loop. It analyzes feedback to surface actionable insights, helps prioritize features for your roadmap, automatically writes changelog entries, and assists with breaking down features into actionable tasks. AI credits are included with paid plans (1k/month for Explorer, 5k/month for Builder, custom for Growth).

Can users submit feedback anonymously?

Yes, Klero supports both guest and anonymous feedback submission. Users can submit ideas without creating an account, which removes barriers to feedback collection and encourages more honest input from your user base. Guest posting and voting is available on Explorer plan and above.

How does the AI-powered changelog work?

Our AI rewrite assistant (available on Explorer plan and above) automatically writes changelog posts, generates titles and tags, and can schedule publishing. It pulls in closed feedback to create comprehensive updates and sends smart email notifications to users who voted on shipped features, keeping them engaged and informed about product progress.

Can I create private feedback boards?

Yes, Explorer plan users and above can create private boards for sensitive customer feedback. This is perfect for internal teams, beta testing, or confidential feature discussions that shouldn't be public. The free plan only includes public boards.

How does the roadmap auto-update feature work?

When you change the status of feedback (from 'Under Review' to 'In Progress' to 'Shipped'), your public roadmap automatically reflects these changes. Users can see real-time progress on features they've requested, and they'll receive email notifications when feedback moves between statuses, reducing support tickets asking 'when will this ship?'

What is your refund policy?

For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription. For annual subscriptions, you're eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days, or a prorated refund based on unused months if you cancel after 14 days. If you have used AI credits during your subscription period, you may still be eligible for a partial refund - the refund amount will be calculated based on unused months, minus the value of AI credits used and any applicable processing fees. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, reason for refund, and transaction details. We'll review and respond within 5-7 business days.

All plans include email support. Free plan users get standard email support, while paid plan users receive priority support. Growth plan users get a dedicated support manager.
